Youth summer sports camp
Team Get Fit’s Youth Summer Sports Camp is a program that we run in the summer months of June, July, and a bit of August. We host youth groups from different organizations for up to 5 business days (Mon-Fri) for 2 hours per day. Each day is broken up into two sections. Section one is the educational portion where we teach about fitness and nutrition. For section two we dive into the physicality of sports and the training and execution for a top tier athlete. The goal of the Y.S.S.C. Program is to make health and wellness something that the youth know and are familiar with. They know technology and how to use it, but when it comes to taking care of their bodies, they have a lot of unknowns. The Y.S.S.C. Program will kick down the door to the mystery and ignorance surrounding health and wellness for our youth.
